Parking is easy! There is free parking right outside. Best of all, there's no time limit so you can spend as long as you like getting pampered at *rubywaxx*!

Car parking

We have two dedicated car parking spaces in the main car park, on the corner of France and Karaka Streets. Spaces 23 and 24 are exclusively for our customers - just look for the *rubywaxx* sign.

Additional car parking is available on the corner of France and Randolph Streets (gravel area).

If you're a Les Mills member, there is free car parking outside the gym. Otherwise there is on-street pay and display car parking.

Payments

We accept: Cash, EFTPOS and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

If you'd like to purchase gift vouchers (either for a specific value or treatment), you can either pop in and see us or do it all over the phone (09 302 1294) with your credit card.

We can even courier the gift vouchers to you!

Cancellation Policy

We realise that sometimes it’s necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment. Out of courtesy to our staff and other clients who are waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge full price for no shows, cancellations and changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Any One Day Deal vouchers (including, but not limited to, GrabOne, Spreets, DailyDo, 1-Day, etc.) will be forfeited if less than 24 hours’ notice is given of changes or cancellations.
