Cancellation Policy
We realise that sometimes it’s necessary for you to change or cancel
your appointment. Out of courtesy to our staff and other clients who are
waiting for an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of
24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We
reserve the right to charge full price for no shows, cancellations and
changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Any One Day Deal vouchers (including, but not limited to, GrabOne,
Spreets, DailyDo, 1-Day, etc.) will be forfeited if less than 24 hours’
notice is given of changes or cancellations.
